Deposit Policy
A 25% deposit will be required for all appointments, your deposit amount will be applied to your appointment total. Cancellations made within 48 hours of our agreed upon appointment will be forfeited and non transferrable to a future appointment.
In the rare event that I have to cancel our appointment, your deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. As a 25% deposit has already been paid, the remaining 25% will be requested to cover the full cancellation fee.
All future appointment will not be be accepted if the cancellation fee is not paid.
